Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman, Ed.D.

Recently featured in The New York Times, Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman is an award-winning global coach, writer and educator. She is the president and founder of Inside-Out Learning, Inc., specializing in leadership and personal development.

With over 20 years of global experience, Sharon has worked across the United States and Europe as well as Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand for clients such as American Express, GE's Leadership Development Center, Exxon, E*TRADE, ARCO Chemical Company, Mobil Oil Corporation, Berlex Pharmaceuticals, Fannie Mae, Arizona Society of CPA's, Volvo Corporation, and Holy Cross Hospital. She has designed and delivered over 1000 innovative programs at the companys listed above as well as organizations such as NAWBO, Columbia University, Leadership in International Management Conference, Academy of Human Resource Development, Organizational Development Network Conference, National Transformative Learning Conference, and Center for Creative Leadership.

Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman has coached hundreds of CEO's, executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs worldwide. Currently she is a preferred executive coach at Boeing working with many high level executives and also works with prominent and influential clients worldwide.

Dr. Sharon developed a leading edge innovative transformative Tele-workshop – “The Heart’s Way:  Discover your passionate calling in 9 weeks” that is having amazingly powerful results.  The tele-workshop is based on her book, The Heart’s Way:  Discover your passionate calling in 9 weeks, that will be out in 2010. 

Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman is also dedicated to community stewardship and has served with the Fresh Start Women's Foundation and Arizona State University's Dean's Board of Excellence Mentoring Program. She was the Founding Director of a new womens leadership organization, Central Phoenix Women.

Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman holds a doctorate from Columbia University in Leadership and Organization Development, a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and two Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Business. Sharon also has trained as a Life Coach with world-renowned author and life coach teacher, Dr. Martha Beck. Sharon is a Certified Executive and Leadership Coach and a Certified Teacher of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman is an adjunct professor of Leadership at Columbia University where she has taught doctorate level courses at Teachers College. She has also taught Developing Leadership Talent at the Center for Creative Leadership.

Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman has been honored and received an award from the Academy of Human Resource Development and the prestigious Walter F. Ulmer Jr. Award from The Center for Creative Leadership for her work and research on personal transformation. Steven Ringelstein MBA

Steven Ringelstein started his adult life on the battlefield serving in the Israeli Air Force and within the political arena in Washington, DC and New York as a diplomat for the Department Of Defense. Over 25 years of entrepreneurship, Steven commanded leadership positions in the areas of marketing, sales, and operations. Steven brings a wealth of experience in how to lead an organization powerfully with limited resources, thereby creating extraordinary returns. He is an expert in creating simple, easy to follow processes that yield remarkable results.

Steven has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as: General Motors/Delphi, Autoliv, Moen, Talley Defense Industries, Motorola, Intesys, Kimberly Clark, Rubbermaid, Raytheon, Ford Aerospace, Talley Defense Systems, McDonnell Douglas, General Dynamics, Morton International, Olin, GE, and many more. Steven worked directly with the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, and various U.S. military logistics centers around the world.

Today Steven is training and coaching executives and business owners as an Executive Coach at Inside Out Learning, Inc. and in the Business Gym, a training program that gets your business in shape. Christina Luddy, Ed.D.

Former director of learning and development at Fidelity Investments, drawing from her MBA as well as her doctoral work at Columbia University in adult learning and change, Christina brings advanced leadership skills and strategies to clients. A proven track record of coaching leaders at all levels to achieve measurable change for themselves and their teams; she is a trusted advisor to OD and HR professionals on leadership development.

Christina is a senior associate at Inside Out Learning, Inc. She spent 10 years at Fidelity Investments where she most recently served as practice lead in the corporate Leadership and Learning Group focused on designing and implementing leadership development for senior and high-potential managers. Her flag-ship corporate-wide "Adaptive Leadership Program" enables leaders to respond proactively to change 97% of program graduates surveyed increased their performance at work. During her tenure at Fidelity, she also developed an innovative group coaching methodology called "Leadership Forums" used across the firm to support executives in addressing leadership and business challenges. The results of this coaching program include:
